EHS Site Manager

• Locations Supported: North Wales, PA (primary office location, active center with forklifts/conveyors/truck traffic) and New Britain, PA (quieter distribution center).
• Location Constraint: Candidates must live within 30 minutes of the site, 1090 Horsham Road – North Wales, PA 19454 Compensation & Logistics
• Pay Rate: $55.00 – $65.00/hr. (depending on experience)
• Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM EST
• Assignment Duration: Through June 2028 (not formally temp-to-perm).

Key Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (Required).
• Experience: 5+ years of broad EHS experience; prior experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is highly valued.
• Certifications: CSP (Certified Safety Professional) or CIH (Certified Industrial Hygienist) preferred.
• Skills: Knowledge of EHS management systems, matrixed organizational operations, OPEX principles, and project management.

Role Profile & Scope
Focus: Hands-on technical EHS role rather than primary people management.

Core Responsibilities:
• Compliance & Audits: Lead internal/external audits, manage hazard communications, waste/water/air emissions, and ensure compliance with local regulations and GMP requirements.
• Risk Mitigation & Incidents: Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, root cause analyses, and implement corrective/preventative actions (CAPA).
 • Program Management & Training: Develop and deliver safety training, ergonomics programs, and EHS awareness initiatives.
 • Culture & OPEX: Promote a proactive safety culture using Operational Excellence (OPEX) tools and best practices.
