Position Overview:
Kelly Services is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager, Omnichannel Marketing and Customer Experience (CX), to play a pivotal role in shaping and executing integrated marketing strategies, driving brand growth, and aligning cross-functional teams. This leader will report to the Global Strategic Marketing Omnichannel Lead and work collaboratively across the organization to deliver frictionless customer experiences.

  • Omnichannel Strategy & CX: Proven track record in designing and scaling integrated marketing systems focused on seamless customer interactions.

  • Strategic Leadership: Demonstrated expertise in long-term planning, data analysis, and executing business-driving strategies.

  • Executive Communication: Superior written and verbal communication skills, capable of crafting clear, compelling narratives for executive stakeholders.

  • Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills, adept at establishing trust and fostering collaboration across teams and regions.

  • Operational Excellence: Advanced project management abilities, with a focus on efficiency, accountability, and delivering results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner strategically with the Global Strategic Marketing Omnichannel Lead to manage key priorities and ensure business goal alignment.

  • Lead the development and execution of omnichannel marketing initiatives, including customer experience (CX) pilot programs.

  • Implement omnichannel marketing strategies and global campaign priorities in collaboration with various internal teams (IT, Privacy, Legal, Regulatory, Communications) and external agency partners.

  • Serve as a primary contact for internal and external stakeholders on omnichannel marketing and CX initiatives.

  • Track and report progress on KPIs and milestones using project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Maestro).

  • Draft and refine executive-level communications, presentations, and leadership updates.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in senior marketing, brand leadership, or commercial operations, with a focus on omnichannel strategy and customer experience (CX).

  • Proven success in scaling global brands, launching new categories, and leading integrated marketing systems within fast-paced, matrixed organizations.

  • Strong strategic, analytical, and project management capabilities.

  • Proficiency with project management platforms, such as Monday.com.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Experience aligning creative, sales, product, and operations teams around unified goals.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies or related field.
