$2,000 Graduated Sign-On Bonus
Starting Pay: $33.12/hour
Available Shifts:
6:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and alternating Wednesdays
6:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and alternating Wednesdays

Key Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on high-speed coating line equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues to minimize downtime and maximize production efficiency.
- Repair, modify, and maintain mechanical systems and production machinery.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments and work with tolerances as close as .0010 inches.
- Conduct routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and equipment adjustments.
- Partner with management and production teams to improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance.
- Perform and document quality checks and operational measurements.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to pass a mechanical skills assessment.
- Experience maintaining, repairing, or operating industrial equipment.
- Commitment to safety and quality standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing, maintenance, industrial mechanics, or equipment repair.
- Knowledge of preventative maintenance practices.
- Familiarity with precision measurement tools and mechanical systems.
