Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:

$17.50/hr + weekly pay l Temp to perm

Shift:

Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm

What’s a typical day as Receptionist I? You’ll be:

  • Answering incoming phone calls and greeting visitors in a courteous, professional manner

  • Scheduling and coordinating field crews to ensure smooth project operations

  • Maintaining accurate client and project information

  • Providing administrative support to office operations and staff

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have a professional attitude and strong attention to detail (must-have)

  • Possess basic computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office (must-have)

  • Have previous receptionist or administrative experience 

  • Enjoy working in an in-office, collaborative environment

  • Be familiar with Property appraisers (preferred)
