Salary/Compensation: $75,000–$82,000
Shift: Day shift

What’s a typical day as Production Supervisor? You’ll be:
•    Developing and enforcing production schedules, quality standards, and operational processes to achieve company objectives
•    Supervise and provide direction to a team of 5-10 employees, including a team lead, ensuring efficient workflow and achievement of departmental goals.
•    Managing inventory, raw materials procurement, and overseeing warehouse operations
•    Monitoring production performance, analyzing reports, and driving continuous improvement initiatives
•    Collaborating with maintenance, engineering, and quality teams to maximize equipment and resource utilization
•    Upholding safety standards and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations
•    Supporting payroll processing, maintaining accurate production records, and coordinating reporting requirements
•    Recommending capital improvement projects and implementing solutions for operational challenges

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
•    Have experience in a production/manufacturing setting, prior team leadership or supervisory experience is preferred
•    Are experienced in unionized settings and possess strong team conflict resolution skills
•    Are knowledgeable in inventory management, raw material procurement, and warehouse operations
•    Demonstrate excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
•    Are committed to upholding safety standards and regulatory compliance
•    Have effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments
•    Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered
