Job Title: Forklift Operator (1st/ 2nd Shift)
Location: Joliet, IL
Shift: 1st shift: 7am- 3pm/ 2nd Shift, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour (Paid Breaks)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to operate a Crown Cherry Picker/ reach truck. The operator will primarily drive the forklift to locate and pick both small parts and heavier items (up to 50 lbs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a Crown Cherry Picker or Reach Truck to move and pick truck parts from warehouse bins and shelves.
- Use an RF scanner to accurately locate and track parts.
- Safely handle parts weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Wear provided gloves when handling oily or greasy parts.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including the use of steel toe shoes.
Requirements:
- Previous experience operating a forklift, preferably a Cherry Picker or Crown model/ Reach Truck
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
- Experience using an RF scanner is preferred.
- Must wear steel toe shoes.
- Attention to detail, safety-conscious, and ability to work independently.
