This is a direct hire role, meaning you will be hired permanently with our client and offered their benefit and vacation details upon hire!

• 1^st shift 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

• Pay: $70,000 – $75,000 annually

Job Description:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain industrial blasting and dust-collection equipment at customer sites and the Wilmington facility.
  

• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
  

• Read technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
  

• Support Customer Service and Sales with technical guidance.
  

• Communicate professionally with customers and maintain accurate service records.
  

• Follow all company and customer safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of industrial equipment service or mechanical repair experience preferred.
  

• Strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  

• Basic electrical and pneumatic knowledge preferred.
  

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  

• Ability to access government facilities, lift equipment, use tools safely, and perform hands-on work.
  

• Reliable, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
