Position Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, starting at 5:00 a.m.
Hours: 8–10 hours per day, with occasional overtime as needed
Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our team. Our company handles essential chemicals used by water treatment facilities to help provide safe, clean water.
The ideal candidate will have solid sit-down forklift experience, excellent attendance, and a strong willingness to learn. Responsibilities may include operating a forklift, painting gas and liquid cylinders, and supporting other facility operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is safety-minded, dependable, and interested in developing new skills and taking on additional responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Previous sit-down forklift experience required; certification is preferred.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to follow instructions and established procedures.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience working with gas or liquid cylinders and valves is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work extended shifts and occasional overtime as needed.
