Pay Rate: $28.00 per hour (1-year Contract)
Shift: 1st Shift – Monday to Friday, Flexible start at 6:00 AM. Overtime: Possible based on business needs.

What’s a typical day as Parts Procurement Coordinator? You’ll be:
- Coordinating the flow of materials across multiple departments, including shipping and receiving.
- Ensuring production teams have the parts they need by overseeing inventory accuracy and timely deliveries.
- Managing the movement of rejected material and implementing procedures to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Investigating and resolving material shortages and inventory errors.
- Creating and editing manufacturing routings and programs for fabrication operations.
- Monitoring production inventory and forecasting future needs.
- Communicating with internal teams and coordinating with Supply Management on parts availability.
- Preparing and updating daily and weekly reports using Excel and other MS Office tools.
- Occasionally designing and modeling simple parts for shop use.
- Troubleshooting part requests and diagnosing issues with laser programs and manufacturing routings.
- Utilizing tools and systems such as SAP, CREO, AutoCAD, Lantek, Radan, and Microsoft Office.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have an Associate degree in Pre-Engineering, Manufacturing/Engineering Technology, Computer-Aided Drafting, or related field, or possess equivalent experience.
- Bring experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office, with strong skills in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Possess strong organizational, analytical, and communication abilities.
- Can read and interpret 2D drawings/prints.
- Have experience with CREO and AutoCAD, and familiarity with SAP and Power BI.
- Understand inventory management practices and are comfortable with technology.
- (Preferred) Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- (Preferred) Have mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of sheet metal or other fabrication processes.
