Field Installation Assistant – Direct Hire
Location: Fargo, ND
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day Shift (occasional travel required)
Pay Rate: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour

Kelly is seeking a reliable and motivated Field Installation Assistant to support our client’s field team in Fargo, ND. This is an excellent opportunity to develop new skills, work alongside experienced field technicians, and contribute to successful installation projects.

Position Summary:
The Field Installation Specialist Assistant provides hands-on support during the delivery, preparation, and installation of granite products at various customer locations. Our ideal candidate is a dependable team player who is eager to learn, physically capable, and enjoys a variety of daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with loading, transporting, and delivering granite products to customer locations

  • Help prepare sites and materials for field installation projects

  • Support the installation and placement of granite products under the supervision of a Field Installation Technician

  • Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in good condition

  • Follow all company safety procedures and utilize required PPE

  • Help keep accurate work records and documentation

  • Communicate clearly and respectfully with team members, customers, and site personnel

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Assist with production, delivery, and shop operations as needed

  • Provide flexible support during busy times

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

  • Willingness to learn and follow instructions

  • Ability to work well in a team environment

  • Good communication skills and attention to detail

Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record preferred

  • Ability to obtain a DOT Health Card, if required

Physical Requirements:

  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting

  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly

  • Capability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

  • Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and installation equipment safely

  • Physical stamina for demanding work
