Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $19.00 – $20.76 per hour
Shift: Monday-Friday (4pm-12:30am)

What’s a typical day as a Machine Operator? You’ll be:
- Setting up and operating various computer-operated and mechanical machines to manufacture parts and products.
- Loading materials into machines, performing daily routine maintenance, and keeping your workspace organized.
- Following Manufacturing Process Sheets (MPS) and Bills of Material (BOM) to ensure accurate production.
- Conducting standard tests and visual inspections to ensure product quality and accuracy.
- Maintaining inventory of materials, updating work performed in the ERP system, and ensuring all documentation is complete.
- Rotating between different workstations as needed and participating in monthly safety meetings.
- Adhering to all safety policies and wearing required personal protective equipment.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Bring at least 3 months of machine operation experience, ideally in a production environment.
- Are comfortable with basic computer operations and data entry.
- Can follow written and verbal instructions, work well in a team, and communicate effectively.
- Are physically able to push, pull, lift and/or move up to 30 lbs (hoists provided for heavier materials) and stand for extended periods.
- Are capable of performing repetitive work with constant alertness and adhering to safety requirements.
