Tarifa de pago:
• 1er turno: $11.50 por hora
• 2do turno: $11.74 por hora
• 3er turno: $11.95 por hora

? Disponibilidad:
Se requiere disponibilidad para trabajar todos los turnos, fines de semana y días feriados. Podrían requerirse horas adicionales.

? Requisitos:
• Diploma de escuela superior
• Conocimiento en el uso de teléfonos inteligentes
• Dominio básico de operaciones matemáticas
• Experiencia o habilidad en mantenimiento, construcción y trabajo en alturas
• Capacidad para realizar trabajo físico y permanecer de pie por largos períodos

? Responsabilidades principales:
• Levantar, mover y cargar materiales y equipos
• Cargar y descargar vehículos
• Realizar tareas agrícolas como siembra, polinización, cosecha, espigeo y colocación de estacas y “rowbands”
• Caminar a lo largo de hileras de maíz y soya
• Trabajar con semillas tratadas utilizando equipo de protección
• Operar herramientas y maquinaria
• Realizar mantenimiento exterior, incluyendo cortar césped, desyerbar, podar y limpiar ventanas
• Trabajar bajo el sol, calor, polvo y sobre superficies irregulares

?? El puesto requiere:
• Capacidad para cargar hasta aproximadamente 40 libras
• Doblarse, agacharse, caminar y trabajar en posiciones ergonómicas variadas
• Realizar movimientos repetitivos de manos, brazos y hombros
• Mantener las manos sobre los hombros por períodos prolongados
• Trabajar en ambientes con maquinaria ruidosa y exposición excesiva al polvo
