Responsibilities: Create and maintain Job Instructions Sheets, following engineering drawing and electronic industry standards, to support product manufacturability Develop standard instructions, equipment maintenance instructions and business process instructions Implementation of Engineering Changes and Engineering deviations on assembly instructions Review hardware against drawing specifications, industry requirements and determine if components meet specifications Work with internal/external customers to develop manufacturing processes and to resolve production issues Work closely with the external/internal customers to maintain customer satisfaction and excellent quality of products Work with equipment suppliers and material suppliers to solve problems or improve quality of products Work as a team player to solve day-to-day technical problems on the production lines to minimize disruption Work with product engineers, design engineering, IPC specifications, manufacturing methods, and equipment to assure quality and reliability of products Ensures projects and process documentation are compliant with requirements, objectives and/or contracts Performs Escape management procedures, root cause analysis, and recommends corrective action for design problems for internally produced products processes Provides analysis and recommendations for corrective actions for nonconformities and/or design problems for internally produced products processes Evaluate, recommend, and instruct repair instructions to rejected material and products Define, develop, and monitor manufacturing process controls Perform a root cause analysis e.g. fault tree, 5 Why, fishbone Develop experimentation DOE and make the hard decisions based in studied results and knowledge
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Engineering
Good communication and presentation skills in English verbal and written
Candidate must be a U.S Citizen.
Experience 2-3 years ideally; with strong hands-on experience in manufacturing environment support roles. Knows how to read and understand assembly drawings, circuit card, electrical schematics, and assembly instructions
Familiarity with manufacturing equipment troubleshooting corrective action / preventive action, process control and quality control techniques
Able to organize tasks, keep track of multiple tasks, and be adaptable to meet business priorities Able to work productively within a team environment and demonstrate team player skills
Available to work 4th shift
