Location: Wilmington, Illinois
Shift: 1st Shift, Monday–Friday, 6:30am – 3pm
Pay: $21 per hour
Employment Type: Temporary-to-hire opportunity based on performance
We are seeking an experienced Sit Down Forklift to join our team in Wilmington, Illinois. This is a possible temporary-to-hire opportunity for a reliable, safety-focused individual who demonstrates strong performance, consistent attendance, and a positive, team-player attitude.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate Sit Down Forklifts.
- Load, unload, move, and organize products and materials.
- Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines.
- Complete assigned work accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Work cooperatively with team members and supervisors.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
- At least 1–2 years of solid sit down forklift experience.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift.
- Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Monday–Friday
- 6:30am – 3pm
- $21 per hour
