Pay Rate:  $22–$24/hr.
Shift:  Monday–Friday, 10am–7pm. Able to stand for 8 hours per day

What’s a typical day as a Manufacturing Support Specialist? You’ll be:
•    Ensuring full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
•    Maintaining waste profiles and properly identifying, handling, and disposing of hazardous and non-hazardous materials.
•    Completing all required documentation for waste disposal and assisting with facility inspections.
•    Managing inventory controls and supporting quality management systems.
•    Utilizing departmental technology, such as mixing equipment and scales, ensuring all tools are maintained as specified.
•    Observing and reporting any quality deviations or safety concerns to your supervisor.
•    Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient work area while following Lean Management/5S practices.
•    Using internal computer programs, including SAP, and communicating effectively with team members.
•    Performing additional duties as assigned to support the mission and goals of the organization.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
•    Have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
•    Are able to receive hazardous waste training within 6 months of hire (per SC Hazardous Waste Management Regulations).
•    Possess basic knowledge of OSHA General Industry regulations.
•    Have experience with hazardous waste disposal (preferred).
•    Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•    Are proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); SAP experience is a plus.
•    Can work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines under pressure.
•    Are able to safely lift up to 50 lbs., wear a respirator, and pass annual fit testing.
•    Are comfortable with frequent walking, standing, bending, kneeling, and working in environments with potential exposure to fumes and hazardous chemicals.
•    Can follow supervisor instructions and contribute to a safe, efficient workplace.
