Warehouse Fulfillment  Associate

Location: Middletown, PA
Pay Rate: $19.00 – $20.25 per hour

Available Shifts:
1st | Monday – Friday | 6:30AM – 3:00PM
2nd | Monday – Friday | 3:00PM – 11:30PM
3rd | Sunday – Thursday | 10:30PM – 7:00AM

Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Fulfillment Associate to join our warehouse team. This is a hands-on position supporting daily warehouse operations, including picking and packing orders, receiving and stocking products, moving materials, organizing inventory, and preparing orders for shipment.

This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys staying active and working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.

  • Receive, sort, stock, and organize products and materials.

  • Load, unload, move, and stage products throughout the warehouse.

  • Verify products, quantities, labels, and order information for accuracy.

  • Use pallet jacks, carts, scanners, and other warehouse equipment.

  • Assist with inventory organization and product replenishment.

  • Label and prepare products as needed.

  • Identify damaged, missing, or incorrect products and report issues.

  • Keep warehouse and work areas clean, safe, and organized.

  • Follow all safety, quality, and warehouse procedures.

  • Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse, distribution, pick/pack, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience preferred.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, push, and pull throughout the workday.

  • Ability to lift and move materials as required.

  • Basic computer and scanner skills preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

  • Experience using pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment is a plus.
