Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $30.20/hr
Shift: Tuesday to Saturday – 8:00am to 5:00pm

What’s a typical day as Sr. Associate Scheduler? You’ll be:
- Managing AMOS work orders and ensuring timely transitions to support production and dispensing
- Overseeing plant inventory, including multi-lot items and coordinating lot disposition activities between manufacturing, PPIC, and QA
- Acting as the primary interface for raw materials, coordinating returns/scraps, and managing related AMOS transactions
- Maintaining and updating manufacturing routings and bills of materials
- Facilitating weekly operations meetings with management and cross-functional teams to communicate production activities and resolve scheduling issues
- Tracking, analyzing, and reporting plant scheduling metrics, including schedule adherence and emergency requests
- Implementing scheduling activities for new products and leading NPI raw material sub-team meetings
- Providing emergency scheduling solutions and proactively communicating errors and resolutions
- Maintaining open communication with production and support staff, leveraging process knowledge to solve scheduling constraints
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a high school diploma/GED with 4 years of directly related experience, associate degree with 2 years of related experience, bachelor’s degree with 6 months of related experience, or master’s degree
- Possess strong knowledge of AMOS and related systems
- Are skilled in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Demonstrate effective written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Have excellent organizational, conflict management, and negotiation skills
- Are familiar with GMPs relevant to production scheduling
- Thrive in a collaborative environment and can lead or attend meetings as needed
