Administrative - Patient Care Secretary-
A skilled administrative person whose job is to support the work of the Team Manager and who is generally responsible for accomplishing all patient care related clerical procedures.
Screens telephone calls for Team Manager.
Facilitates communication between patients and other team members.
Takes and keeps daily schedule for all team members.
Attends weekly team meetings.
Prepares agenda for the team meetings.
Maintains, and closes patient charts in an orderly fashion.
Must have 3 years of office experience
Good PC skills
Strong phone skills
Hours for this Administrative position are M-F 8am – 5pm
Pay for this Administrative position is 21.00 per hour
