Location: Monument, CO
Pay: $31.49–$56.68/hr
Duration: 12-Month Contract
Schedule: Onsite

Position Overview

Kelly Engineering is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer II to support new product introduction, manufacturing process development, and continuous improvement projects for an established manufacturing organization.

Responsibilities

  • Support new product launches and manufacturing process development.


  • Develop and execute process validations, including IQ/OQ/PQ.


  • Prepare technical documentation, engineering reports, and work instructions.


  • Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.


  • Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.


  • Support machining operations, tooling, fixtures, and equipment qualification.


  • Identify and implement manufacturing process improvements.


  • Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering.


  • Strong technical writing and engineering documentation skills.


  • Knowledge of manufacturing process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ).


  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings.


  • Experience troubleshooting production processes.


  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related Engineering field.


  • Medical device or regulated manufacturing experience.


  • CNC machining or precision manufacturing experience.


  • CAD software and Windchill experience.


  • Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma knowledge.
