Scientific Warehouse Associate
Every day, Kelly Science & Clinical connects professionals with opportunities to advance their careers. We currently have exciting temporary opportunity as a Scientific Warehouse Associate
with a global leader in the production of consumer products and pharmaceuticals in Lititz, PA

Location: Lititz, PA
Contract: Now until 12/31/2027, can extend further
Schedule: M-F, 1st Shift (8AM-4:30PM)
Compensation: $26-31/hr

Responsibilities:

  • Receipt

    • GMP & EXP RMs & PKG Components

    • Receive Approved Materials

    • Clinical Supplies


  • Daily Approvals w/ QA

  • Material Management

  • General Organization

  • Inventory (Status Updates / Expirations)

    • Retains (WHS / GMP Lab / Clinical)

    • Experimental RMs

    • GMP RM: destruction


  • Sampling / Dispensing

    • New RM Sampling / Submission to Analytical

    • Execution of Dispense and Pre-Weigh Orders


  • Lab Supply Cage

    • Organization

    • Distribution


  • Inventory

    • Clinical: Returns and Destruction


  • Stock Room

    • Organization

    • Re-stocking

    • Ordering of Supplies


  • Shipping

    • Management of incoming / outgoing shipments


  • GMP Area General Housekeeping/Equipment Cleaning

Qualifications

  • HSD required, Bachelor’s degree in a STEM, business, or related field preferred

  • 0-2yrs of applicable industry experience

  • P#1

Important information: This position is recruited for by a remote Kelly office, not your local Kelly branch. Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
