Are you an experienced Forklift Operator looking for your next opportunity? We are seeking dependable, safety-focused individuals with strong forklift and warehouse experience to join a fast-paced manufacturing and distribution team.

Position Details

  • Job Title: Forklift Operator


  • Location: Salisbury, NC


  • Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour


  • Shift: 12-Hour Rotating Shifts


  • Hours: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM


  • Schedule: 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule


  • Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

  • Safely operate sit-down forklifts, including double-fork and clamp attachments.


  • Load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the facility.


  • Transport finished products and raw materials between production and warehouse areas.


  • Stack, stage, and store products safely and efficiently.


  • Perform daily forklift inspections and report equipment issues.


  • Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records.


  • Follow all workplace safety procedures and company policies.


  • Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • Previous sit-down forklift experience is REQUIRED.


  • Experience operating double-fork or clamp forklifts strongly preferred.


  • Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution experience.


  • Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts.


  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.


  • Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform physical warehouse duties.


  • Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and attendance.


  • Reliable transportation and consistent attendance are essential.

Please Note: This is NOT an entry-level forklift position. Candidates must have previous hands-on forklift operating experience.
