Warehouse Sanitation & Janitorial Associate (General Labor)

Location: Pooler, GA
Pay Rate: $16.50 / hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | Day Shift (flexibility for occasional overtime or weekend support as needed)

Join our team in Pooler, GA, as a Warehouse Sanitation Associate. In this role, you will play an essential part in keeping our distribution facility clean, safe, and organized, with opportunities to operate commercial cleaning equipment and train on lift machinery.


What You’ll Do

  • Facility Upkeep: Maintain overall cleanliness across the warehouse floor, office spaces, break rooms, and employee restrooms.

  • Surface & Floor Care: Sweep, mop, dust, and vacuum administrative offices and shared common areas.

  • Sanitation & Restocking: Clean and sanitize restrooms and break areas daily; restock paper towels, soap, and essential supplies.

  • Waste Management: Empty interior trash cans, monitor warehouse disposal bins, and police exterior facility grounds to keep them trash-free.

  • Equipment Operation & Training: Operate or train on commercial walk-behind/ride-on floor scrubbers, floor sweepers, pressure washers, and high-reach lift trucks for overhead cleaning.

  • Chemical Safety: Safely dilute, handle, and store industrial cleaning chemicals following OSHA standards and facility guidelines.

What You Bring to the Team

  • Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.

  • Experience: 2+ years of janitorial, custodial, or commercial sanitation experience preferred; prior warehouse experience is a plus.

  • Equipment Experience: Prior experience operating a commercial floor sweeper or scrubber is a strong plus</strong>; willing to train on high-reach equipment and pressure washers.

  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and comfortably bend, squat, stoop, kneel, and walk for an 8-hour shift.

  • Environment: Comfortable working in an active, industrial warehouse setting with varying temperatures and dust.

  • Work Ethic: Strong communication skills, great attention to detail, dependable attendance, and a team-first mindset.
