Job Title: Project Manager (Remote)
Location: New York, NY (100% Remote)
Pay Rate: $74/hour
Duration: Initial contract with high likelihood of extension for 6 months in 2027
Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead an enterprise community of practice and support internal business advisory initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a collaborative mindset, curiosity, and accountability, moving quickly and delivering highly accurate results. This role is fully remote and requires a candidate based in the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate an enterprise community of practice
- Build and maintain distribution lists; send invitations and manage Teams sites
- Develop presentation decks and materials
- Run and facilitate planning committee meetings
- Host Teams sessions as producer, driving engagement through slides and content sharing
- Research and gather pertinent data/materials for internal advisory projects
- Develop workshop slides and translate collateral into pitchback decks
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Collaborative and curious mindset
- Accountable, fast-moving, and highly accurate approach
- Strong project management skills
- Proficiency with MSFT suite (PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Must be based in the United States
