Pay Rate: $19.50 – $23.00 per hour, depending on shift and position
Shifts:
1st: 7:00am – 3:30pm
2nd: 4:00pm – 12:30am
Overtime: Mandatory. Must be available for weekends and to work beyond scheduled hours. Day shift could have to report into work at 5am and work a 12 hour shift.

What’s a typical day as Forklift Operator? You’ll be:
- Operating sit-down forklifts, reach trucks, box clamps, and electric pallet jacks (EPJ) throughout your shift
- Safely unloading, stacking, and transporting merchandise using appropriate equipment
- Picking, pulling, and preparing products for shipment with accuracy and care
- Moving materials between staging, storage, and shipping/trailer areas as assigned
- Assisting with inventory accuracy, including cycle counts and regular inventories
- Rotating and organizing stock, maintaining clear aisles and shelves
- Completing daily equipment inspections and safety checks
- Using RF scanners or handheld devices for precise inventory tracking
- Promptly reporting and helping resolve any safety or inventory issues
- Supporting general warehouse tasks to maintain a safe and orderly workspace
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Are experienced and certified to operate sit-down forklifts, reach trucks, box clamps, and electric pallet jacks (EPJ) – at least three certifications required
- Have a minimum of 1 year of warehouse or material handling equipment operation experience
- Preferably hold a High School Diploma or GED
- Are computer literate and comfortable using Microsoft Excel and warehouse technology
- Can stand/walk for up to 12 hours, lift up to 50 lbs, and frequently bend, reach, and carry
- Are adaptable to working in large distribution centers with varying temperature, lighting, and noise
- Are willing to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Have a keen eye for safety, efficiency, and detail, and enjoy working as part of a team
