Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $19.50/hour
Shift: 3rd Shift (11PM – 7AM)

What’s a typical day as Machine Operator? You’ll be:
- Supporting press operations by preparing changeovers and assisting with press operation
- Ensuring product quality and compliance with production standards
- Training and supporting press assistants while maintaining a safe and organized work environment
- Performing preventative maintenance activities according to company protocols
- Following all safety protocols and reporting any safety-related issues immediately
- Maintaining accurate records of quality, production, and waste
- Performing other duties as assigned to support press operations
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have previous experience in press operations or manufacturing (preferred)
- Possess the ability to learn and follow operational and safety procedures
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excel in a team environment
- Have the physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks as needed
- Hold a high school diploma or equivalent
