Kelly® Professional & Industrial is looking for a motivated, dependable, and experienced Warehouse Team Leader to support operations at Zoox, an innovative company helping shape the future of autonomous transportation!

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
As a Warehouse Team Leader, you’ll help keep daily operations running smoothly while supporting a productive, organized, and safety-focused team.
- Lead Daily Warehouse Operations: Help coordinate shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material movement.
- Keep Inventory on Track: Ensure accurate inventory handling, proper storage, and efficient warehouse organization.
- Support & Motivate Your Team: Provide hands-on guidance, encourage teamwork, and help employees meet daily goals.
- Oversee Inbound & Outbound Shipments: Support accurate processing of domestic and international freight.
- Keep Operations Moving: Partner with warehouse management to prioritize daily tasks and resolve operational challenges.
- Champion Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work environment.
- Maintain Quality Standards: Identify damaged or incomplete shipments and communicate issues to management.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
We’re searching for a leader who knows warehouse operations inside and out!
High school diploma or GED
Minimum 3 years of warehouse or related experience
Forklift certification
Experience with SAP and warehouse inventory systems
Strong knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse procedures
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead, motivate, and support a team in a fast-paced environment
Experience working with international logistics or global operations
