Production Technician
Location: Taylor, TX (may train in Georgetown)
Schedule: 7a-4p Mon-Fri
Pay Rate: $19.50/hr
We’re seeking a skilled, detail-oriented Production Technician to join our server manufacturing team. In this hands-on role, you’ll assemble server hardware, operate specialized tools, and troubleshoot components and systems to ensure each product meets our performance, quality, and reliability standards.
The ideal candidate brings technical aptitude, precision, and practical problem-solving skills—and works effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
What You’ll Do

  • Assemble server systems and components according to technical specifications and work instructions.

  • Operate and maintain production machinery and specialized assembly tools.

  • Troubleshoot server hardware components, including CPUs, memory, storage, and power units.

  • Diagnose and resolve system-level performance issues to help ensure reliable, quality products.

  • Document assembly steps, test results, and issues identified during production.

  • Work with quality, engineering, and inventory teams to address technical and operational challenges.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts that enhance assembly efficiency and product quality.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following ESD, safety, and standard operating procedures.

What You’ll Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical, vocational, or electronics training preferred.

  • At least 2 years of experience in server assembly, electronics manufacturing, or a high-performance computing environment.

  • Hands-on experience with production tooling and mechanical assembly tools.

  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and repair server hardware components.

  • Advanced assembly skills with server or high-performance computing hardware.

  • Proficiency with hand tools, torque tools, and other assembly tooling.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical instructions, schematics, and assembly diagrams.

  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to quality.

  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work well with a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Awareness of ESD practices and workplace safety procedures.
