Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $20.00 but up to 25/hr with painting experience
Shift: 1st 7am-4pm, Monday-Friday with occasional overtime
This is a 3-4 week assignment

What’s a typical day?
- Painting interior offices, walls, doors, trim, and other surfaces; prepping and repairing surfaces as needed
- Performing minor drywall repairs, touch-ups, and assisting with building repair projects
- Pressure washing exterior surfaces, maintaining property cleanliness, and supporting general property upkeep
- Conducting janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal
- Organizing storage rooms, supply closets, and equipment areas; moving and arranging furniture and supplies
- Maintaining tools and cleaning equipment, assisting with furniture assembly, and supporting special projects
- Communicating maintenance concerns and supply needs to management
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have previous experience in painting, maintenance, janitorial work, or general labor (preferred)
- Possess basic knowledge of painting techniques, pressure washing, and cleaning procedures
- Are able to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment
- Can work independently, manage tasks efficiently, and take initiative
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Are dependable, punctual, and adaptable to changing business needs
- Can lift and move up to 90 pounds (with assistance if needed) and perform physical work throughout the day
- Are comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
