Job Title: Warehouse Worker/Shipper (Setup and Support Technician)
Position Type: Temporary
Pay Rate: $35.00 per hour
Hours:  7:00am – 3:00pm M-F
Overview:
We are seeking a diligent Warehouse Worker/Shipper to join our team on a temporary basis. This role involves handling, transporting, and storing materials, as well as setting up and supporting large equipment deliveries. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude and be comfortable operating agricultural and construction tools and vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:

• Locate, identify, transport, and store warehouse materials in designated locations
  

• Set up large equipment using basic mechanical skills and hand tools
  

• Complete pre-delivery assembly of equipment
  

• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
  

• Operate Telehandlers, Tractors, Implements, and other agricultural/construction tools
  

• Diagnose and repair machine failures as needed
  

• Travel to customer sites across the US to provide setup and training support

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience with basic mechanical tasks and use of standard hand tools
  

• Experience in large equipment setup, especially at dealerships or on-site service departments
  

• Ability to operate heavy equipment including Telehandlers, Tractors, and Implements
  

• Technical skills to troubleshoot and repair machine failures
  

• Valid driver’s license; ability and willingness to operate company equipment (vehicles do not exceed 10,000 lbs combined weight)
  

• Flexibility to travel and work off-site as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse environments
  

• Training or certification in heavy equipment operation (a plus)
