Kelly Services is Hiring: Material Handler – Bloomington, MN
Are you ready to join a supportive, fast-paced team in Bloomington? We’re looking for energetic and reliable individuals to be part of our logistics crew! If you’re self-motivated, detail-oriented, and enjoy keeping things running smoothly, we’d love to meet you.
1st Shift | 8:30am – 5:00pm | $21.00/hour
What you’ll bring:
- A positive, can-do attitude – we rely on each other to keep things moving!
- Strong attention to detail: following instructions and tracking parts accurately.
- Timeliness and punctuality: arriving on time and returning from breaks promptly is key.
- Good communication skills and a self-driven work ethic.
- Able to work independently and as part of a bigger team.
- Willingness to stay off your phone during work time (our site is strict about this).
- Comfortable on your feet for the full shift—there’s always something to do!
- No prior experience required, but any background in logistics, shipping, or material handling is a plus.
Job responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and ship orders efficiently
- Receive packages, verify contents, and stock materials in their proper locations
- Use a scanner gun to prepare items for shipping and deliver them where needed
- Pull parts for other teams to build out kits
- Keep the climate-controlled warehouse running smoothly
About the role: You’ll handle materials, follow established procedures, and make good decisions to keep everything organized. Training is provided—just bring your motivation and willingness to learn!
