Digital Coordinator – Digital Platforms
Location: New York, NY 10001
Pay: $49.57 per hour
Contract: 12 months
Join Kelly® and support an industry-leading beauty brand as it builds engaging digital experiences for consumers across the Americas and beyond. In this 12-month contract role, you’ll help shape the evolution of mobile apps, websites, and digital services—partnering with marketing teams, agencies, and global stakeholders to bring ideas to life.
Reporting to the Director of Digital Innovations, you’ll help manage app and website roadmaps, coordinate enhancements and launches, and support the localization of digital services across markets. This is a great opportunity for a strong digital project manager who understands how websites and mobile apps are developed and maintained. Website merchandising experience is a plus. You don’t need to be a developer or have coding experience, but you should be comfortable working with website back-end systems and technical teams.
What you’ll do
- Coordinate day-to-day mobile app activities, including content updates, localization, quality assurance, and ticket management.
- Help manage the mobile app and website roadmaps, coordinating projects and development from planning through launch.
- Support the website enhancement roadmap and bug fixes, helping ensure features are delivered smoothly.
- Coordinate the localization and activation of digital services across AMER, EMEA, and SAPMENA markets.
- Build and maintain project plans, tracking milestones, dependencies, resources, and deadlines.
- Partner with marketing stakeholders to develop clear digital briefs for app enhancements and content planning and production.
- Work with global teams and agency partners to coordinate deliverables and establish best practices.
- Review analytics and performance insights, then recommend actions to improve apps, websites, and digital services.
- Support website updates and technical coordination involving platforms such as Sitecore and Amplience.
What you’ll bring
- At least two years of experience in digital marketing.
- Experience project managing digital initiatives, ideally including website and mobile app roadmaps and development.
- An understanding of website back-end systems, content management systems, and how digital updates move from requirements to launch. Coding or developer experience is not required.
- The ability to develop clear marketing briefs and translate business requirements into actionable digital work.
- Familiarity with digital development processes, including requirements, wireframes and UX, creative development, and QA testing.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to make complex information clear and useful to a range of stakeholders.
- Excellent organization, analytical thinking, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with diverse stakeholders and competing priorities.
Helpful experience: Website merchandising; Sitecore, Amplience, ServiceNow, or Google Analytics; data mining and database segmentation; user-generated content; and website creative or technical development. Beauty experience is not required, but an interest in beauty, cosmetics, or fashion is a plus.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or a related field preferred.
