Location: Rochester, NY
Pay: $17.00–$18.00/hr, based on experience and shift

No Previous Printing Experience Required!
Kelly Services is hiring Production Machine Operators for a busy printing production facility in Rochester. This is an entry-level opportunity with training provided, making it a great way to build manufacturing and machine operation experience.
Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, packaging, or machine operation experience is helpful but not required.
Available Schedules:
A Shift
- Monday–Friday: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
B Shift
- Sunday–Thursday: 2:30 PM–11:00 PM
Mandatory Peak-Season Overtime: Candidates must be available to work additional overtime during peak production periods, including Sundays, weekends, and holidays as required. Schedules and hours may vary based on production needs. Flexibility and availability for overtime are essential for this position.
What You’ll Do
- Learn to operate both UV and cutting machines to support printing and production operations.
- Set up and adjust equipment according to job requirements and production specifications.
- Monitor machine operations and report equipment or production issues to supervisors.
- Inspect materials and finished products for quality, accuracy, alignment, and proper processing.
- Assist with labeling, collation, binning, packaging, quality control, and shipping as needed.
- Complete production tasks according to established work instructions and procedures.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation as required.
- Assist with other machines and production duties when needed to maintain workflow and cover staffing needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures.

- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced production environment.
- Willingness to learn new equipment and processes.
- Previous manufacturing, printing, production, warehouse, or machine operation experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
- Must be available for mandatory peak-season overtime, including additional hours, Sundays, weekends, and holidays as required.
