Kelly Services is hiring motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented individuals for Machine Technician and Quality Control (QC) Inspector positions with Sorenson Engineering, an aerospace company located in Yucaipa, CA!
Looking for a great opportunity to grow your manufacturing career? These are temp-to-hire positions with competitive pay and the opportunity to earn a monthly company bonus once hired on permanently!
? Pay Rate
$20.00–$25.00 per hour, depending on experience and position.
? Available Shifts

1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
-
2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM–11:00 PM
? Machine Technician Responsibilities
-
Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery and equipment.
-
Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production schedules.

Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
-
Perform basic equipment adjustments and troubleshoot production issues as needed.
-
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
? QC Inspector Responsibilities

Inspect aerospace components and manufactured parts for quality and accuracy.

Verify products meet specifications and established quality standards.

Use measuring tools and inspection equipment to check dimensions.

Review production documentation and report quality issues.

Maintain accurate inspection records and follow company procedures.
