Kelly® Professional & Industrial is looking for Electro-Mechanical Assemblers to work at a prestigious aerospace and defense company in McKinney, TX. Shift: 1st shift, Monday-Friday, 6am-3:30pm with every other Friday off (9/80 schedule)
Pay Rate: $24 per hour

What’s a typical day as an Electro-Mechanical Assembler? You will:

  • Assemble, rework and/or repair assemblies and products using hand tools, electrical tools, hand cutters, measuring equipment, and/or other light equipment

  • Perform quality checks, identify product defects, and record identified defects

  • Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and other written instructions

The Electro-Mechanical Assembler job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have a GED or HS Diploma (required)

  • Have 1 or more years of relevant assembly experience (required), ideally with electro-optical or mechanical assemblies (preferred)

  • Have experience working in a clean room environment (preferred)

  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
