Job Title: Senior Maintenance Manager
Location: Orangeburg, NY
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: $155,000–$165,000 base salary + 15% annual bonus

Kelly Engineering is seeking a Senior Maintenance Manager for a confidential, regulated manufacturing client in Orangeburg, NY. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for leading day-to-day maintenance operations while driving improvements in preventive maintenance, planning, and CMMS utilization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the site maintenance organization and day-to-day maintenance operations


  • Directly oversee three Maintenance Supervisors, a Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Planner/Scheduler, and Spare Parts Supervisor


  • Indirectly lead mechanics and machine tenders across all shifts


  • Improve use of the CMMS to strengthen preventive maintenance planning, maintenance tracking, and data-driven improvements


  • Analyze maintenance data and identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and maintenance processes


  • Manage staffing, planning, budgets, priorities, and maintenance performance


  • Partner with Engineering, Operations, and cross-functional teams to support site needs

Qualifications

  • Proven maintenance leadership experience within a manufacturing environment


  • Experience leading a large, multi-level maintenance organization


  • Strong CMMS, preventive maintenance, planning, and maintenance-data experience


  • Experience managing budgets, staffing, priorities, and maintenance operations


  • Strong communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams


  • Stable work history with progressive career growth preferred


  • Regulated manufacturing experience is preferred
