Now Hiring: Machine Operators – Multiple Shifts Available
Location: La Vergne, TN
Pay Range: $.23.00 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Multiple shifts available
Training: Initial training will take place on 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, for the first few weeks. Candidates must be available to accommodate the training schedule.
Position Summary
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Machine Operators to join a growing manufacturing team in a clean, climate-controlled facility. This position involves setting up and operating precision grinding equipment, inspecting components, and maintaining quality and safety standards throughout the production process.
Candidates will receive hands-on training before transitioning to their assigned shift. Previous grinding experience is preferred, but individuals with strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate Stahli and Blanchard grinding machines.

Install, replace, and dress grinding wheels as required.

Inspect and measure components to verify dimensional accuracy and surface quality.

Troubleshoot machine issues and make appropriate adjustments.

Accurately document production and inspection results.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Follow established safety procedures and report quality or safety concerns promptly.
Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.

Previous machine operation or grinding experience preferred.

Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 33 lbs.

Commitment to workplace safety and product quality.

Reliable, team-oriented, and willing to learn new processes.
