Pay: $21.00/hr (Day Shift) Monday – Friday, 5:00am – 3:30pm

We’re seeking a Band Weld Packer to join a premier manufacturing client in East Longmeadow, MA. What you’ll be doing:
- Accurately count and verify high-volume product quantities
- Pack and prepare products for shipment
- Ensure proper labeling and product organization
- Track and record transactions as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Support inventory accuracy and materials movement
What we’re looking for:
- Strong attention to detail and counting accuracy
- Good organizational skills and reliability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Capable of standing, walking, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Basic math and record keeping skills
- 1-2 years of relevant experience (preferred)
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Able to lift, push, or pull 5 to 25 pounds
