Production Associate – Engine Disassembly
Location: Henderson, CO
Pay: $23.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

Build what moves industry forward
Kelly® is hiring Production Associates to support operations at an industry-leading diesel engine manufacturer. In this hands-on role, you’ll help disassemble high-horsepower diesel engines and prepare components for the next stage of production. If you bring a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety, this is an opportunity to build valuable manufacturing skills with a respected team.
What you’ll do

  • Disassemble high-horsepower diesel engines using hand tools and production equipment.

  • Clean, sort, and inspect engine components according to work instructions and quality standards.

  • Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.

  • Rotate among production tasks as business needs require.

  • Meet production goals while maintaining an organized work area.

  • Identify and report safety concerns, damaged parts, or nonconforming materials.

  • Work collaboratively with team members, support staff, and supervisors.

Physical requirements
This is a physically demanding, active manufacturing position. Associates should be prepared to:

  • Stand and move throughout the workday.

  • Frequently bend, reach, twist, and work in varied positions.

  • Handle and move heavy engine components and materials, using proper lifting techniques and available handling equipment.

  • Perform repetitive manual tasks and use hand tools for extended periods.

  • Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety procedures.

What you’ll bring

  • A dependable, safety-focused approach to work.

  • The ability to learn new procedures and adapt to changing production tasks.

  • Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

  • The ability to meet the physical demands of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation.

  • Previous experience with engines, manufacturing, or hand tools is helpful, but not required.

Why join the team?

  • Pay: $23.50 per hour.

  • Four-day workweek: Enjoy a consistent Monday–Thursday schedule and long weekends.

  • Growth potential: Begin in a long-term contract role, with the possibility of transitioning to a full-time position.

Ready to take the next step?
Apply today. Kelly® will review your experience and contact you if your background is a match. If this position isn’t the right fit, your profile may be considered by Kelly recruiters for future opportunities.
