Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
Pay: $18 to $21/hr. Temp to hire. Benefits available after permanent hire.
What You’ll Do as an Assembler:
- Work with a dedicated team to assemble various mechanical products, including medical devices and electronics.
- Read and interpret detailed blueprints and work instructions.
- Use a variety of hand and power tools to perform assembly tasks.
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
- Package and prepare products for shipment according to company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications for the Role:
- Minimum 1 year of prior assembly experience in a manufacturing environment required.
- Experience working with small parts and using hand tools.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software applications.
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality.
Schedule:
- A Shift: 7:00am – 3:30pm, Monday to Friday.
- B Shift: 3:30pm – 12:00am, Monday to Friday.
