- Permanent role
- Salary: $90,000-$110,000 depending on experience
- Onsite position

Job Description
- Recruiting and staffing; creating and posting job openings, review responses, and screen candidates
- Create employee engagement initiatives, send out surveys and collect results.
- Track and follow up on licenses and certificate renewals
- Recommend and implement Handbook changes/additions
- Helps with open enrollment and existing benefits including plan design and costs and make recommendations for annual benefit offerings.
- Listen to and resolve employee grievances.
- Create and maintain employee personnel files.
- Conduct orientation, onboarding and offboarding.
- Ensure employee payroll and benefits information is current, accurate and audited monthly.
- Coordinate with Managers and monitor employee performance evaluation process.
- Prepare needed documentation for managers to conduct reviews, process wage increases, disciplinary actions etc.
- Assist with processing payroll.
- Coordinate annual and new employee benefits enrollment meetings.
- Assist in creation of job requirements for new positions and ensure existing job descriptions are current.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- 7+ years of human resources experience
- 3-4+ years of management/supervisory experience
- SHRM or PHR certification
