Payment Operations Support (Temp 90 days)
Monday-Friday
Onsite in Dublin, CA
$26.00/HR
Responsibilities include performing back-office duties for our Payment Operations department in support of the branches, call center, and support services.
The individual will provide superior service to members both external and internal and via remote channels. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, highly-organized, and have the ability to communicate with tact and professionalism.
Responsibilities include:
- Process stop payments on Official Checks including member account adjustments and record retention
- Process affidavit of forgery including member account adjustment and record retention
- Sorting of incoming mail and processing of mail received including posting of check payments
- Process the Foreign Item including correspondence letters, remittance for settlement; member account crediting and charging of applicable fees
- Fulfillment of Member Service Platform (MSP) for Share Adjustment, check and statement copy requests
- Response with Collection letter request received from other Financial Institution
- Research, tracking and maintaining productivity logs and other process logging requirements
- Returned check adjustment member notification processing
- Other assigned duties.
