SHIFTS: Monday-Friday
1st -7:00am-3:15pm
2nd -3:00pm-11:15pm
3rd -11:00pm-7:15am

PAY: $24.00-36.00/hour (based on experience)

What’s a typical day as a Lead CNC Operator? You’ll be:
• Responsible for day-to-day technical management of multiple production lines
• Ensuring setup readiness and first part approval
• Supporting operators with tooling offsets, part verification, and program changes
• Leading daily Shop Floor Meetings
• Ensuring quality of product through routine audits and hourly checks
• Training new associates in machine operation and troubleshooting
• Operating CNC machines and performing basic maintenance tasks

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:
• A High School Diploma or GED
• 3+ years of experience in metalworking
• 3+ years of CNC machine experience
• Basic computer skills
• General machining skills
• CNC programming knowledge (preferred)
• Automation experience (preferred)
