We’re seeking a Cold Forge and Warm Forge Press Operator to work at a premier manufacturing company in Columbus, Ohio. Sound good? Take a closer look below. Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: Between $19.50 – $29.25/hour (DOE)
Shift: 3:00pm – 11:15pm

What’s a typical day as a Cold Forge and Warm Forge Press Operator? You’ll be:
• Operating machines and secondary equipment, including manual feeding of materials
• Handling materials with a forklift
• Supporting department personnel and tasks
• Measuring and documenting product to ensure quality standards
• Performing operator level maintenance tasks
• Assisting maintenance during major breakdowns
• Sorting non-conforming products as required
• Cleaning equipment and surrounding areas
• Completing special projects assigned by area manager/supervisor/team lead
• Adhering to 5S principles
• Reporting and documenting equipment-related maintenance issues
• Supplying maintenance request documentation for breakdowns
• Completing required department documentation
• Maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information
• Adhering to all written and verbal directives of the manager/supervisor/team lead
• Performing other duties as assigned by supervisor

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a High School Diploma/GED
• Have experience operating a forklift
• Are available to work the second shift schedule – 3pm to 11:15pm
