Main Assembly Operator

Location: Irving, TX
Pay: $17.50/hour for 1st and 2nd shifts; $18.50/hour for 3rd shift

Bonus opportunity: $1,000 total
- $500 sign-on bonus after your first month
- $500 retention bonus after 90 days
Choose your shift
- 1st shift: 5:00 AM–1:30 PM | $17.50/hour
- 2nd shift: 1:00 PM–9:30 PM | $17.50/hour
- 3rd shift: 9:00 PM–5:30 AM | $18.50/hour
What you’ll do
- Assemble and inspect shell linings for medical devices.
- Follow cleanroom procedures and wear scrubs.
- Perform repetitive, hands-on tasks in a busy production environment.
- Troubleshoot minor issues and make basic repairs.
- Record production details using a tablet or computer.
- Work with teammates to meet quality and productivity standards.
What you’ll bring
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow precise instructions.
- A dependable, team-first approach.
- Comfort with repetitive work in a fast-paced setting.
- Willingness to follow cleanroom requirements; tablet or computer documentation experience is a plus.
Cleanroom requirements
To maintain a controlled environment, jewelry, makeup, lotions, perfumes, false eyelashes, and fingernails extending past your fingertips aren’t permitted inside the cleanroom.
