Jump into a hands-on manufacturing career at this growing company. We’re seeking motivated and flexible individuals interested in either Machine Operator or Packager roles. Your position (Machine Operator or Packager) and specific shift assignment (day, night, 8-hr or 12-hr, weekend/overnight) will be determined after your interview—you must be open to all options.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot processing machinery, including reactors, dryers, hoppers, and computer systems

  • Turn valves, press buttons, and manage process controls throughout the day

  • Package liquids, powders, and solids using both automated and manual equipment

  • Physically handle materials, including lifting, dumping, and pumping, as well as operating forklifts or similar equipment

  • Stage and transport products as needed

  • Work in physically demanding environments, including climbing into confined spaces and around chemicals

  • Strictly follow the clean-shaven policy for respirator use (short mustache allowed)

  • Everyone is expected to be flexible and willing to perform all duties listed above, regardless of specific position

Requirements:

  • Must be available for all rotating swing shifts (days, nights, overnights, weekends, 8-hour or 12-hour shifts—assignment decided after interview)

  • Must be comfortable consistently wearing a respirator and complying with the clean-shaven policy

  • Valid driver’s license (required due to operating forklifts and for insurance)

  • Able to work in a physically demanding environment, including enclosed spaces and handling chemicals

  • Team-oriented, reliable, adaptable, and safety-focused

  • All candidates must answer screening questions before proceeding

Screening Questions (to be asked in prescreen):

  1. Can you work a rotating swing shift—days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and overnight weekends?

  2. Are you able to comply with the clean-shaven policy required for respirator use?

  3. Do you have a valid driver’s license?

Salary:
$18–$20 per hour (exact rate determined after interview)
