Kelly is seeking enthusiastic and skilled individuals for Manufacturing Technician and Electronics/ Engineering Technician positions in our state-of-the-art cleanroom facility. Multiple Shifts and Positions Available:
1st, 2nd, 3rd and Weekend (Fri-Mon) Shifts
Pay Range- $22-26/hr based on experience
Manufacturing Technician ($22-24/hr w/ shift differential for 2nd, 3rd and weekends)
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, repair, and test electrical, electro-mechanical, vacuum, and pneumatic assemblies, subassemblies, and components using work orders, schematics, wiring diagrams, and verbal/written instructions
- Perform assembly operations, troubleshooting, and repairs, correcting errors as discovered
- Use test fixtures, electronic measurement equipment, leak detectors, and vacuum pumps to test assemblies and components
- Enter progress, work expense, and labor details on a computer terminal; may perform programming/repair/software tasks
- Receive and audit parts, inspecting for defects and ensuring all necessary parts are available
- Maintain a secure, safe, clean, and healthy work environment, following all safety standards and procedures
- Use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in the cleanroom
Physical Requirements:
- Extended standing, walking, working in tight spaces, bending, squatting, twisting, kneeling, reaching, climbing, and lifting
- Ability to distinguish between colors and tolerate a noisy environment
- Comfortable with hand and power tools, driving/operating heavy machinery (including forklifts), and working in a cleanroom with full PPE
Electronics/ Engineering Technician ($24-26/hr w/ shift differential for 2nd, 3rd and weekends)
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine to moderately complex technical functions such as design, testing, checkout, fabrication, modification, troubleshooting, and assembly of electronic and electro-mechanical systems, experimental design circuitry, prototype models, and specialized test equipment
- Test and troubleshoot at both system and component levels, potentially supporting system installations and field upgrades
- Read and interpret schematics, diagrams, plans, and verbal/written instructions for testing and troubleshooting purposes
- Compile logbooks and test procedure documentation with strong writing skills
- Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, vacuum, and process testing on Applied Materials platforms according to documentation/specifications
- Observe and uphold all safety standards and participate in safety training and improvement
- Stay informed of current manufacturing/engineering processes, assist in process problem-solving, and perform rework as needed
- Generate Quality Notifications and maintain documentation
