Pay: $22.00 – $26.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift
Shift differentials available for 2nd and 3rd shift

Kelly is seeking motivated Manufacturing Technicians and Engineering Technicians to support the assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and improvement of advanced electro-mechanical equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in manufacturing, electronics, maintenance, assembly, engineering support, military technical roles, automation, HVAC, industrial equipment, or related technical fields.
What You’ll Do

Assemble, test, troubleshoot, and repair electro-mechanical systems and components.

Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, wiring diagrams, layouts, and technical documentation.

Perform system-level and component-level troubleshooting on electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and vacuum systems.

Support manufacturing and engineering teams with equipment builds, modifications, upgrades, and process improvements.

Conduct testing using specialized tools, fixtures, and diagnostic equipment.

Document test results, procedures, quality findings, and troubleshooting activities.

Identify issues, perform rework when needed, and support corrective actions.

Follow manufacturing specifications, engineering documentation, and safety procedures.

Maintain accurate records and communicate findings clearly to team members and leadership.
Qualifications
-
Experience working with mechanical, electrical, electronic, or electro-mechanical equipment.

Ability to read and understand schematics, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and test equipment.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical & Work Environment Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
-
Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds.
-
Comfortable working in manufacturing and cleanroom environments.
-
Ability to work around moving equipment and machinery.
-
Willingness to wear required PPE, including steel-toe boots, safety glasses, gloves, coveralls, and cleanroom garments when required.

Ability to distinguish colors and perform detailed visual inspections.
