Position Details:
- Title: Associate Assembler – Various Shift
- Shift: (7:00AM-3:00PM $15.91) (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM $17.61)(11:00PM-7:00AM $18.06)
Role Overview:
This position is responsible for performing assembly operations on a variety of medical products while following written and verbal instructions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform assembly, labeling, and packaging of sterile and non-sterile products
- Inspect work to ensure specifications are met (including microscope use when required)
- Set up and operate packaging equipment
- Follow all clean room gowning (PPE) requirements
- Complete required documentation and labeling
- Conduct preventative maintenance on tools and equipment
- Support additional duties and special projects as assigned
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in assembly or packaging operations
- Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 10 hours)
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic English reading, writing, and comprehension skills
- Willingness to work scheduled overtime
