Job Title: Mechanical Assembler / Electronic Assembler
Job Type: Contract-to-Hire (Kelly Services)
Location: Largo/Clearwater, FL
Position Overview:
Kelly Services is hiring multiple Mechanical and Electronic Assemblers to support the production of medical devices used in surgical and operating room environments. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity within a clean, quality-focused manufacturing setting.
Shift Options:
1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Pay Rates:
Mechanical Assembler:
1st Shift: $17.25/hour
2nd Shift: $18.40/hour
Electronic Assembler:
1st Shift: $18.25/hour
2nd Shift: $18.95/hour
Key Responsibilities:
Mechanical Assembler:
- Perform small parts assembly using hand and power tools
- Follow detailed instructions and blueprints
- Assemble intricate components with precision
- Maintain quality standards and production goals
Electronic Assembler:
- Perform soldering and circuit board assembly
- Interpret electronic schematics and instructions
- Test completed units to ensure functionality
- Maintain attention to detail and quality compliance
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months of relevant assembly experience
- Experience with small tools, hand assembly, or soldering preferred
- Ability to follow written instructions and blueprints
- Strong manual dexterity (ability to work with small, intricate parts)
- Quality-focused mindset
