Salary: $120,000 – $150,000 per year
Shift: 5-day work week Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. 5:30 p.m.

What’s a typical day as Construction Project Manager? You’ll be:
- Leading project teams to deliver new store construction and renovation projects efficiently, on budget, and in compliance with company standards and local regulations
- Providing clear direction, daily scheduling, follow-up, feedback, and performance evaluations to project team members
- Establishing and implementing Construction Management Systems to monitor and manage active projects
- Developing, reviewing, and updating comprehensive project plans, specifications, and budgets
- Researching and recommending materials, equipment, and tools to meet operational needs
- Supervising multiple project teams, ensuring quality, compliance, and adherence to timelines and budgets
- Collaborating with designers, engineers, contractors, landlords, and local authorities for successful project delivery
- Negotiating vendor contracts and agreements, ensuring proper financial tracking and documentation
- Traveling frequently across the U.S. to oversee new store developments and renovations
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a bachelor’s degree or above in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Bring at least 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in retail or supermarket environments
- Possess proven experience in design, architecture, construction, maintenance, and renovations
- Are skilled at interpreting blueprints and have strong technical and mechanical understanding
- Demonstrate excellent supervisory, interpersonal, and leadership abilities
- Excel in organizational and time management skills, performing well under pressure and tight deadlines
- Communicate effectively in English; knowledge of Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus
- Are proficient in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Are willing and able to travel frequently across the U.S. as required
